Hi Gladys,
There are some modules that have been blocked form offer this semester for ease in management. In your case, you can take up units from third year second semester to fourth year first semester as long as it does not have a prerequisite or you have done the prerequisite.
All fourth year and computer modules are on offer. The units that missed out this semester will definitely be on offer next semester.
