I have been receiving complaints that it is difficult to download the past papers from the eLibrary. We have reorganized the them into folders such that past papers of the same units are in zipped folders which are smaller and easier to download.

Hi Barbara,
Happy new year,
I sent a query on the SBEs help desk but am yet to get a response. When I received my First year's transcript I noted two missing results:
1. AEC 102 Introduction to Microeconomics
2. SCS 112 Desktop publishing
I participated in both and took exams but the results are indicted missing.
Secondly I did not pass one of the papers that I wish toretake whole unit ABA109. I need guidance on how to go about it.
Kindly check for me with the concerned coordinator since my posts have not been responded.
