Hallo Nyaga,

Your concerns have been registered and I wish to inform you that the School is making progress on issues raised by students during the eLearning students  face to face meeting that was held on 10-11th Nov 2017.

Specifically to respond on issues you raised;

1. All pending results are currently being processed. The University also recently acquired a new system where students are able to do a caplets of administrative stuff online eg checking fee balance, registering of courses and exams, downloading of exam cards and checking results. The system is in its advanced stages to include the elearning students to be able to perform similar tasks as face to face students. We shall inform you once ready .

2. About your "unresponsive" supervisor, is the situation still the same? Usually it requires more than sending email and waiting for a response from them, especially the first contact, it's usually advisable to call and have a meet up with them to agree on modalities of engagement and thereafter contacting them once a month. If this has been the case with you but still no response, kindly familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of Postgraduate studies about supervisors to inform your way forward.
