Hi and Happy new year!

Am through with my course work and ready to start research. I wanted to register the unit but unfortunately it doesn't appear on my portal. Also i wanted to know which unit to register because i understand there is Thesis I&II.The other thing is how to go about the research, do i choose a topic then write the concept and book for presentation or i have to send the topic first for approval and if so to who?.This information is important so that i don't waste a lot of time doing nothing.

Did you manage to transition from course work to research?

On the post graduate research support, you shall find rules and regulations of post graduate studies that shall help respond to all of your questions raised and many more. You are encouraged to download it and read it. Incase of further clarifications on the rules, feel free to post here.
