I did not register this semester - but am now ready to proceed.

Hello Hellen,
I hope you this finds you well.
If you completed all the course work and your proposal concept is ready, then notify your ePC so that you can be included in the next available oral defense at your Department, based on when you feel you will be ready to give a presentation.
