hi, can the clearance forms be made available on the portal for those who cannot physically come to the e-campus offices.

Hello!

The eCampus has downloaded/printed copies of the clearance form. You can walk in at the eCampus (Office) any time and pick a set.

I have tried to trace clearance form from university website but it appears is not available. Such form need to be made available for us to start clearing. Please facilitate the availability.

Hi All!

There seem to be a lot of mystery about graduation. There was an advertisement in the local papers sometime in September calling upon students who have completed their studies to start the process of clearing and registration for graduation.

I am sure there is adequate information on the University website to guide the potential graduands.

you can visit the University website to download the clearance form. At least it has been revised and the process is not so long.

Tentative graduation list will be released in due course (Before end of the Month probably) by the dean of the school and from that the process of verification will also commence. I am assuming that the tentative list will be posted online.

Hope this partly reduces the uncertainty.

I would also like to be enlightened on how and where registration for graduation 2015 is done and when it is scheduled to begin.
Secondly, there are some units that i have not yet recieved their results and they are as follows:

SCS 437 -Information systems application.
SCS 310 - Multimedia and graphics
ABA 499 - Project
ABA 330 - Attachment

Kindly follow up so that i may be able to be in the graduation list of 2015.

Hope you are doing well. I would suggest that you begin the process of clearance as we await the release of May - August results. This will save you a lot of time towards the  graduation period.
