Hallo Mr. Odoyo,
It is with great concern over my missing marks that I please find out why they are not on transcripts yet I sat for all exams. I also realize that, the grades on current transcripts do not concur with the transcripts I had collected before. There are around 3 units with grade E yet the transcripts I had collected in year 2016 has grades which are not E. I am anticipating to graduate in December this year yet my results are not certain. Please assist and give way forward.
