Is it a must that one should apply for exemptions,and is it at a cost?

Hi, Steve.
It is NOT a must. You can apply for exemption if you are inhibited to pursue your study modules due to health problems, financial constraints, family issues, job committments,overload of study courses etc.
On whether it is at a cost! NO. However, you should be aware that later on when you re-enrol it may appear a bit expensive due to Inflation.
