Dear member of the Post Graduate Research Center,

I hope this finds you well.

I just want to inform you that I have uploaded the SGS Rules and Regulations that guide post graduate students. I have highlighted or underlined sections that I believe you are required to know.  Specifically, section 4.3 (restrictions of supervision and examination of thesis); section 9.0 (common rules and regulations for conduct of studies), section 9.2 (structure of post graduate studies); section 10.0 (supervision), section 10.2 (Appointment of supervisors); section 11.2 (Assessment and examination of postgraduate programmes) and section 12 (de-registration). However, I encourage you to read the entire document to better understand what is required of you as a post graduate student.

I have also attached summary guidelines and format for abstract, proposal/project and thesis/project writing as required by SGS.

All the documents are downloadable. Please let me know if you need any specific documents to support your studies.

Note that the documents will be visible and accessible to you after completing the Research progress poll.

Kind regards.

Dr. Bonuke Anyona.

Hello Chiku,

I hope you are well.

The documents I uploaded are located in the folder named 'SGS Rules and Regulations for Postgraduate Students'. The folder is directly under a text summary of SGS rules and regulations, below the research progress poll banner.

Kind regards.

Bonuke.

Hello Benjamin,

I hope you are well.

The final thesis hard copies are often bound at the University library. Lettering simply means your name, degree course (eg MSc, MA...) and year will be written at the  spine of the document. That is done at the library.

Regards.

Bonuke.

Dear Dr. Anyina

Please help me understand this statement "The final hard bound thesis shall be lettered in gold on the spine" is ''gold'' font type?

regards
