My names are Christine Mang'ara, please I feel disappointed with you people. I think it was your failure to inform us in advance the fee balances we had. According to me I knew that I had no fee balance at all. I had applied for Helb loan last year which I knew that I was given 100,000/- after signing with them their letter of offer. In August - December 2014 my portal showed no fee balance while registering for my modules, same to January - April semester my portal showed no fee balance at all while registering and so I thought I was given Helb loan. It really astonished me just to find that I have a balance of 101,800 on my attempt to register for this semester. I have tried to explain the issue so that you allow me to register as follow up what happened but no response even after calling the accountant and explaining the matter. I have paid as per now 37,700 shillings but still refused to allow for my registration. Please I still insist you allow me to register because I have been given a study leave which I cant afford to waste it.
