Course Description
The course is divided into four topics:
- Topic 0: Introduction
- Topic 1: Getting to Know You: Your E-Portfolio
- Topic 2: Communication tools and skills
- Topic 3: Practicing methods of online assessment
- Topic 4: E-Library
- Topic 5: Online Exam
- Topic 6: Exploring The New Paradigm of Online Education
For each topic you need to schedule between 30-50 minutes depending upon your internet connectivity. Each topic contains on-screen information and instructions, background documents, multimedia presentations and learning activities to introduce and explain each theme.
The course design is such that each topic and its activities builds upon the topic before it. Therefore, you cannot progress to the next topic before you have completed all the activities of the preceding topic. For example, Topic 1 will not open until you have completed all the activities in Topic 0.
Passmark: To complete the course, you will need to earn 85 out of 100 points. At the beginning of each topic you will see total points to be awarded for completion of the topic tasks.
